BORDERS AND INFINITY / THE BODY AND GESTURE IN THE SUBCONSCIOUS
The exercises are divided into various thematic fields of the 5 Rhythms: breath, presence – FLOWING, pulse – STACCATO, freedom, to follow – CHAOS, eyes, hands – LYRICAL, voice, trust – STILLNES. After working with the body, we proceed to the feedback phase by using subconscious gestures and defining feelings with words.

Working with text and sound in 5 sub-groups. Composing poems and compositions dedicated to various
rhythms. Each sub-group works with one of them.
